The client specified an input size of 15cm, an output size range of 5-30mm, and a diesel generator for mobile operation. Based on their needs, we recommended and customized the 600 model wood chipper.
During the customization process, we ensured the feed size was set at 15cm and designed a four-blade system to guarantee an output size between 5-30mm. Additionally, we equipped the chipper with a diesel generator to enable mobile operation. The equipment was successfully delivered to Thailand, where we provided detailed operation training and technical support to help the client quickly master the use and maintenance of the machine.
After the custom 600 model wood chipper was put into use, the client’s wood processing efficiency significantly improved, allowing them to flexibly adapt to different job sites. Using the diesel generator for mobile operation reduced the time and cost associated with equipment transportation and installation, further lowering operating costs. The efficient output and precise control of the equipment significantly enhanced the quality of the client’s wood processing.
