We operate a 12,000-square-meter production facility staffed by 110 skilled technicians and 23 years of production experience, achieving the industry’s highest production efficiency with a lead time of just 20 days from order to delivery.

Precision Machining

Following laser-cut blanking, workpieces undergo precision machining in sequence. Our facility operates 27 CNC machines, with critical parts milled integrally via gantry mills for superior strength over welded structures.

Blade Rotor Machining

Blade rollers are mounted to the blade shaft rotor via five reinforcement ribs. The blades are sharpened using a gantry milling machine and dynamically balanced to guarantee peak performance for every roller.

Crawler chassis

Equipped with remote control capabilities, the Komatsu crawler undercarriage allows tub grinders to be operated within 50 meters, with a top speed of 2000 m/h and a climbing capacity of 30 degrees.

Strong Power

Cummins and Weichai diesel engines provide robust power output for high-efficiency tub grinding operations, with worldwide after-sales and parts support available for both diesel engine brands.

Control System
